Sales tax, tag fees, titling charges, and property taxes, are all determined by the state and county that the vehicle will be titled. Galeana dealerships have no way to know the amount of these fees until after the details of your purchase are determined. Upon disclosure of the charges that the Galeana dealership is required to collect, if they are not acceptable to you prior to delivery, we will cancel your order and refund any deposits made. Pricing or Content Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect/missing information, error in pricing, incorrect product information, or change in factory incentives, Galeana shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed incorrectly. Pictures may not represent actual vehicle. Prices and special offers are subject to change. Mileage listings are estimates and are not necessarily accurate odometer readings. Galeana will endeavor to correct such discrepancies in a commercially reasonable manner upon Customer notification of such errors or omissions, but pricing errors and listing errors are considered invalid and may or may not be honored at the sole discretion of Galeana. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Shipping vehicles Vehicles may be shipped to you at additional charge upon request. Warranties and returns No returns for any reason. All vehicles are sold as/is unless otherwise stated. The only warranties, if any, applying to the vehicle are those offered by the manufacturer and those offered by the selling dealership in writing to you at the time of delivery. The written warranty supersedes any website posting. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this vehicle. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. All vehicles covered under the manufacturer's original warranty will be repaired at a local authorized servicing dealer under the terms of the vehicle warranty. Credit card use Galeana websites accept credit card payments for vehicle deposits. Galeana will accept deposits up to a maximum of $3000.00 on vehicles. The deposit will hold the vehicle for you until payment arrangements can be made for the balance due, usually no more than 3 working days. Your deposit will be returned if you do not accept delivery of the product or cancel your order prior to delivery. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. All purchases will be confirmed by phone prior to the card being processed. Respect for privacy and safety. We have designed the Galeana websites so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. The websites use SSL Encryption for the safety of the consumer and his/her information. Use of Your Email Address When you provide us with your email address, register as a customer, or make a purchase from us, we will occasionally send you email with recommendations or notices of new products and prices. Internet Protocol Address Galeana log's the user's Internet Protocol Address (IP). An IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to your PC every time you browse the Internet. Information from the IP Address is used for system administration, to examine overall traffic trends, troubleshooting, etc. This data is used only in the aggregate form. IP addresses are not linked to any personal identifiable information, meaning the user is session is tracked but the user remains anonymous.
